Dave O'Brien established his Central Coast landscaping and labour hire business in 2017 with the intention for it to complement and operate alongside his not-for-profit organisation - The Developing Leaders Aboriginal Corporation. This organisation seeks to assist both indigenous and non-indigenous people in developing and implementing individual positive pathways and career opportunities by providing onsite skill training, work experience and career development for people in the program.
